We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Skin Specialist to join our team. Our services include HIFU, facials and bio microneedling. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following areas.
The role
- HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound): experience using HIFU technology to perform non-invasive skin lifting and tightening treatments.
- Facials: skilled in delivering a variety of facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
- Bio microneedling: expertise in performing bio microneedling for skin rejuvenation and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform treatments with precision and care to ensure client satisfaction and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy.
- Proven track record in rebooking and creating a loyal clientele with a business.
- Relevant certifications and training in HIFU, facials and bio microneedling is desired.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for skincare and beauty treatments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
