Meet Our Team

Jemma Grenfell

Founder

I am Jemma, i am 30 Years old, based in the beautiful Gold Coast QLD. If you know me you know my love and passion that i have for things beauty, skin and cosmeceuticals.

As an ex professional ballet dancer of 15 years, i have spent all that time being closely involved with anything to do with the face whether it is makeup, skincare stage/performance special effects makeup and more. This background has led me to want to broaden my knowledge and be able to give men and women that self confidence that everyone should have !

I am now a fully trained and qualified HIFU and cosmeceutical esthetician. I am forever up skilling and self educating to be the best i can be for both myself and my clients.

My passion is to give every single one of my clients more confidence by letting them experience the wonderful world of HIFU and letting the results speak for themselves.

Michal Cochrane

Clinic Manager/Dermal Therapist

Hi, I’m Michal Cochrane—a passionate beauty and skin therapist with over 36 years of experience in the industry. From my early days in New Zealand to the incredible journey I’ve had here in Australia over the past six years, I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help people look and feel their best.

My love for this profession began as a young girl, massaging my mum during her pregnancy. That spark grew into a lifelong commitment to nurturing skin health, delivering real results, and creating a calming space for clients to unwind and rejuvenate.

I’ve also had the privilege of educating women in our fast-changing industry, and nothing brings me more joy than helping others grow in their confidence and careers. Education, hands-on care, and meaningful connections are at the heart of everything I do.

When I’m not in the treatment room or mentoring, you’ll most likely find me at the beach—walking barefoot in the sand with a coffee in hand, soaking in the sea breeze.

I’m excited about the path ahead and look forward to helping you on your own skin and self-care journey.

Jo Grenfell

Beauty Therapist/Dental Technician

Hi there i am Jo. I am based here on the Gold Coast. I moved from NZ almost 2 years ago now to be closer to my two adult children.

I have over 32 + years experience in Clinical Dental work working alongside the Dentists and oral Hygiene Therapists. I absolutely loved the work and over the years have seen many advancements in the dental industry. My passion has always been cosmetic Dentistry, and to be able to help people achieve a whiter, brighter smile is something that means a lot to me. I am now a fully qualified Teeth Whitening Technician with a passion to give every single one of my clients more confidence and a great smile. I love the Beauty industry and look forward to helping each of the clients at e-skin with their skin and their smile.

Senior Beauty Therapist

My name is Holly, I am a dedicated Senior Beauty Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience in the industry. I am passionate about enhancing natural beauty, I specialize in advanced skincare treatments, with a particular fondness for facials. I love facials not only for their transformative effects on the skin but also for the holistic relaxation they provide my clients. What drives me in my work is the ability to empower individuals and boost their confidence. I believe that self-care is essential and find immense joy in helping clients feel their best. With a keen eye for detail and nurturing approach, I have built lasting relationships with my clientele, making every appointment a personalized and uplifting experience.

Felicia Skoog

Dermal Therapist

I hold an internationally recognised CIDESCO diploma and bring over 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, specialising in advanced skin treatments. My expertise includes working with high-performance technologies such as HIFU, LED therapy, and other results-driven facial treatments — all delivered with a holistic approach that considers overall skin health and wellbeing. Passionate about skincare and client care, I’m dedicated to helping each client achieve visible, lasting results through personalised, professional service and a genuine love for what I do.

Brooke Loades

Dermal Therapist

With over 12 years of experience in the beauty and dermal industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients achieve confidence in their own skin. I believe great skin health comes from balancing a holistic approach with results-driven treatments — the perfect marriage of science and self-care.

My background spans a range of clinic environments, from holistic day spas to high-end laser and skin clinics. I hold an Undergraduate Certificate in Dermal Interventions and have completed extensive training in acne management, advanced skin needling, and treating complex skin conditions. I was recently a finalist in the Best in Skin Awards for my work in acne transformations — an achievement I’m really proud of.

My clients are at the heart of everything I do. I bring a warm, compassionate, and judgement-free approach so each person feels safe, understood, and supported in their skin journey.

When I’m not in clinic, you’ll find me in the gym (or a Hyrox race), spending time with my husband and kids, or quoting early-2000s movies. Life’s better with a bit of laughter, movement, and calmness in between.
